Coming from a property owner, I can not recommend the team at PMI enough. My wife and I made the decision to hire a property manager after purchasing our first rental and going with PMI was the best decision we made! Special shoutout to Alex but the entire team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you guys for everything you did!
This is the best property management company I have ever met! Tommy and Mark are very responsive and kind. They helped me with managing the packages before I really moved in. I love their welcome settings in the house too! It is the best company with all the best service!
I saw them a day before the big storm and asked if they could help us with a pass of the plow during the blizzard. They came by and helped us. Very nice, courteous gentlemen. If you see them out, say hi, and let them know you might need help when we have the next snowstorm.
