Either a scam or something. Went to look at a property which was great but can’t get ahold of a person at ALL. Multiple messages left and emails and no one getting back to me. Must be fake. Very frustrating when you’re desperate to find a place.

Never had a place show their hand at being a scam so quickly. Scheduled to tour a place for 1800 a month. After the tour was accepted the price was raised to 2100 a month. Also despite sending a message to Nathan on Realtracs, never heard a word from him. Ended up having to go to their website to even attempt to schedule a tour, at which point all I got back was a robo text. Almost gave it two stars for at least being a blatantly bad company. That way people can easily see this is a place to avoid and save their money.
