Needed some maintenance done in the house I am renting. Jim showed up and did an excellent job as always. Every time I put in an order it is always taken care of fast. The technician who is usually Jim is always friendly and keeps me updated on the job at hand.

I've been working with Amy as my PM in Newport News for 5 years, and she's probably the best PM I've had in ten years of being a landlord across three states. She is responsive and I don't feel like major (or minor) issues will slip thru the cracks with her.
