I initially gave PMA a 5-star review for a great move-in experience. Unfortunately the move out experience was the opposite end of the spectrum. We were assured of a certain level of understanding regarding wear on the walls and a price range for professional cleaning prior to move-out and told everything was good by 2 individuals. Then after move-out, their boss went back on those assurances, and we ended up being charged $665 more for cleaning and paint than we were led to believe earlier.
