His companies are under so many different names because he is a rude man with shady practices. DO NOT GIVE IdealHouses.net, AmirRealty, or any businesses associated with this man your business. Go on Yelp and search his businesses to see why you are saving yourself. What a rude man, awful experience, and terrible company. He insulted, yelled, and became very irate when I simply asked to tour a property. Awful.
Amir himself had leased me a a property that had no functioning utilities, but told me it did. He had taken five thousand dollars of my money while knowing I was down on my luck, for a home that could not be used. Although it is illegal to lease a property that has no functioning utilities , he took my money and later told me he would return it when somebody else moved in to it. Now he won't return my phone calls
Amir represents himself as a real estate professional, property manager, and licensed car dealer. He became very upset when I asked for clarity and began insulting me as a woman. After reading reviews on here as well as on the Better Business Bureau and other platforms I’d have to agree to stay clear. Most Realtors will help you find a rental or do a rent to own with ethical practices. Be extra careful when doing ANY business with this person.
I've never been so disrespected and taken advantage of as I was with this person! He will lie and take whatever he can from you!
