Called to ask about a home they have available for a lease to own. The lady on the phone told us the pictures online weren't up to date and that it needs some TLC. We then asked what kind of major repairs if any it needed and she told us its all cosmetic like a couple broken windows, flooring, and paint. She said nothing major needed to be done.
