I made an appointment for Thursday morning on 4/12. PLM called and stated they would be there in the afternoon. PLM called and said they would arrive on Friday 4/13. Nobody came and nobody called. I cancelled a physical therapy and doctor appts. to accommodate time for their services. Very disappointed.
Pleasant and skillful technician, arrived exactly on time and offered additional assisstance
