There was very little communication especially if they had bad news for me. The only way I could find out any information about my project was by reaching out. Never once did they communicate to me about problems or delays without me specifically asking.
They were very easy to work with. They were able to find and fix my two problem area's and fixed them in a timely manner. All for a fair and reasonable amount!

Randy was the first to respond to our inquiry regarding mold in our attic. Although we obtained other estimates, we hired PLM because we liked the way they planned to resolve the issue and more importantly, prevent it from re-occurring. We also really appreciated that Randy took the time to explain the process and what probably caused the mold in the first place. He agreed to send a crew out in a couple days to do the job... and they did! I definitely recommend PLM as they say what theyâ ll do, and then do it. So refreshing!
They were the best! Cannot say enough good about them. I highly recommend them.
The nicest and most talented guys! I will be planning future projects with them.
