I have met with Mrs Kimberling twice now about managing our communities and my husband and I just love her. She’s so knowledgeable, she’s so smart and we feel like she is going to be exactly what we need to manage our communities that we do t know much about as far as managing them. Wow Property Eye has been a saving grace for us. We purchased two under performing trailer communities and had no idea what we were doing.
