RecommendedHad to break my lease and found someone else to take over, they were very understanding of it. They're easy to work with and don't invade on all your business. I would definitely work with them again.
Whenever there were problems and we brought them forward to them, they would always avoid the issue. Our rental house had unsafe stairs leading to the basement which had a bedroom, one of our tenants fell down the stairs due to steps which were not properly fixed to the wall, and was fortunate to not have gotten anything worse than some bruises and cuts. There was a problem with our kitchen counter that had a major ant problem, the tenants BEFORE us were promised to have the kitchen counters REPLACED but it never happened. W... read more

Amber Sperry is awesome to work with! She helped us with the process of buying our first home and then a couple years later selling that home. She was extremely helpful and available during each phase making it less stressful, answering questions, and guiding us through each process. We would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a new house in the wayne area.
My wife and I contacted Amy to request an appraisal of our 2 yr.-old home in preparation for its listing. Amy viewed our home on August 15, at which time we provided her with a set of blueprints, a summary of the construction expenses and a copy of its energy efficiency rating report. Amy indicated that she would get back to us within the week.
