I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. PDR Service did a phenomenal job with our restoration and remodel from start to finish. I want to personally thank Jimmy for handling the insurance company and guiding me through the entire process. His knowledge and support made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. A special thank you to Taahaa for keeping the jobsite spotless throughout the remediation process. Your attention to cleanliness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I also want to thank the owner, G... read more

I do not have the words to express my gratitude to the PDR team. First I must say that Jimmy is a tremendous leader of this well oiled machine of a team. From start to finish, every single person of this team was very polite, respectful, and tidy. They were punctual and very attentive. Excellent service from Property Damage Restoration Services! The team was incredibly efficient and professional. Communication was clear from the initial call to the final walk through, and they showed up right on time. I was impressed by their reliability and they handled everything smoothly, completing the water extraction service and flood cleanup quickly. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here.

Instead of walking away, he took the time to research my problem and point me in the right direction. That kind of honesty and willingness to help—even when there’s nothing in it for him—is incredibly rare these days.... read more

Thanks Taahaa We had a serious water leak in our home that caused part of the ceiling to collapse. The property management company sent Taahaa and his team to handle the damage, and I have to say — they did an outstanding job. TaaHaa was very professional, respectful, and well-organized throughout the entire process. He came multiple times to ensure everything was properly dried and cleaned, and he communicated with us clearly and kindly, always listening to our concerns. What really stood out was that Taahaa went above and... read more
