God forbid someone be watching netflix on a macbook or be having sex with their sliding glass door open at 1am. The HOA will send the cops to your door at Sienna apartments. Also you can tell how unprofessional this company is based on the owner responses here in the reviews. They are all aggressive and accusatory instead of helpful.
Sent someone to my door to threaten me because someone complained about some noise on a day when I wasn't even there. Now they setup a camera facing my car in the garage and monitor it all the time. What was once a competent and professional property management company has become an organization defined by poor communication, lack of transparency, and consistently questionable conduct.
