Property Concepts is a company that has clearly declined since the previous ownership passed away. What was once a competent and professional property management company has become an organization defined by poor communication, lack of transparency, and consistently questionable conduct. Sent someone to my door to threaten me because someone complained about some noise on a day when I wasn't even there. Now they setup a camera facing my car in the garage and monitor it all the time. They are weird and target people.
Please disregard one of the reviewers who slandered this company. This person was a long-term member of boards that not only neglected and deferred maintenance on the property they live in but also did not save enough in reserves, nearly bankrupting it. Recently, this person orchestrated a change from Property Concepts to a property management company that for a while was unable to perform basic functions like collecting dues and continues to provide mediocre service. Just found out that my HOA fees that i've been paying to this company, to do absolutely nothing, are higher than 99% of every other HOA in the country. I am paying more in a not so nice area of my town than high end mansions pay for their HOA fees because they keep hiking up our fees without warning.This company is evil and just outright stealing from the people who live in their neighborhoods.
