I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. Property Concepts makes it nearly impossible to get basic financial information about where our HOA dues are going. I have asked multiple times over several months for documents I have a legal right to see. I’ve been ignored, dismissed, and delayed at every step. Lexi is a very friendly, courteous, and professional person. The other people in the office do not match her professionalism. Maybe she could give them some advice on how to treat people respectfully.
The worst Property Management ever. They were good while the original owner was alive. As of five years ago, the service, the professionalism all went downhill. Not automated and truly unethical in a lot of their practices.
