If I could give less than one star, I would. In my experience, this HOA property management company has been consistently disappointing. Their response to homeowners is slow or nonexistent, communication is severely lacking, and any action they do take is frustratingly delayed. This is a highly unprofessional, poorly run company that operates like they are stuck in the 90’s. Everything from their website to their billing is outdated and inefficient. I could not get a return call or email response and when I finally did talk to someone, they were rude. Something doesn’t seem right about this company and I am dreading having to work with them.
Terrible! Nothing done in a timely manner.
