Stay away, Property Center Inc. is a terrible 'company'. Blatant disregard of the lease agreement. Bending the agreement to the way they like it. New Tenant moved into a mess left by previous tenant. Spoke to the owner today. Malcolm Shiroma. Real class act. LOL Rude, nasty, not a care about my issue on the unit I rent. There will be justice.
This property management company with Lynn Shiroma head realtor and Malcolm Shiroma needs to be investigated for fraud and abusive business practices . They have broken many laws and eventually will get caught.
