Things do not get cleaned correctly and they are very unprofessional. During that time being with the company i witnessed a co worker spray chemicals during work hours at 1 of the clients I witnessed her throw a toilet paper roll at 1 of the clients. When I had told our supervisor she basically threw other people's personal business out there saying that it's more important than what I was telling her. When I presented photos of damage to my home's siding caused by their lawn maintenance personnel, the company denied any wrongdoing and sent us a very ugly worded email. We have photos of a fist-sized hole that was likely caused by a rock or other large object being kicked up by the mower. We also have photos of several cut/slash marks such as caused by weed wackers. That's a lot of financial damage that they take no responsibility for! Of course, we fired them immediately!
