My sister who lives in York had a house from her previous marriage she needed to sell. She call these guys and a few over "Cash For House" companies. I have been renting from Property Buy Sell Rent LLC for the past year and it has been a great group to rent from. They have remodeled the house into a great apartment with great features. Over the last year, any incidents or issues that have come up within the apartment have been fixed or taken care of immediately and reply quickly when reach out.

He expects the contractors to do the job right and not cut corners, even if it costs more money.
