This company was selected to come out to appraise a home I was purchasing. My bank screwed up and gave them the wrong number, but Carol at Property Analyst made sure to make it right and get my appraisal in ASAP even though it wasn't their fault I was waiting. Carol was very thorough and I feel gave a good appraisal. I would use this business again in the future if I ever need another appraisal.
Failed at the most simple of facts for a home appraisal. Didn't count the number of garage doors correctly. Didn't count the number of bedrooms or rooms correctly. Failed to list a brand new heating and cooling system and water heater, even though notified. The same person appraised the property 3 years earlier. The earlier appraisal was basically copy and pasted, even though the property has changed dramatically. Copy and paste work from 3 years earlier, here's your $400 bill. Easy money.
