No respect for tenants, stay far away!
The worst property management company I've dealt with in my almost 14 years of renting. Wasn't approved for a new unit, that's fine, on to the next. However, my deposit hasn't been returned to date and it's been over a month of back and forth with no resolution. It's very very annoying and no one seems to be able to assist.
Had a very good experience with the leasing team. Yana was the one who was showing me the units and breaking down the process. She was very professional and diligent from start to finish- and cordial during the showings. The leasing office at 1100 King St is filled with empathy. You don’t see this much in that setting.
