Rats, roaches and an assortment of other bugs. Maintenance team that is completely incompetent, except for the son. Dude seemed like he actually cared about his work and fathers company. I had to deal with neighbors that had 6 people in one small apartment. Seemed like that was the deal with the room right on top of me. My roof caved in because they messed up fixing something, I called the management company and got in touch with that lady Kim that the reviews mention and she truly is as bad as everyone makes her out to be. ... read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ms. Lori (the manager) is EXTREMELY rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Today I called to make a complaint that the plumbers sent were taking my father's tools without his permission in order to fix an unsanitary water leak (wipes, toilet paper, and dirty water), she gave me no moment to explain. She began yelling and stating it is my father's fault for not allowing the plumber access to our electrical outlet (which was not true! Plus, there is an electrical outlet right outside the building... read more
I have lived in my unit almost 5 years and have never had an issue. I work with Christina and she has always been kind, helpful and understanding. The team including Kim was also very understanding during COVID. Any repair issues in my unit have been addressed in a timely manner. The owner is also a really great. 5 stars from me.
