Been out of hot water for 2 in a half days. Send out a text on the 2nd evening saying somebody will be out tomorrow morning. I had a call them at ten thirty.Cause I ain't getting nothing back from them. And the response to me was, I'm sorry for the convenience. This is just getting irritated now.Poor management.
Welp these reviews are a great disappointment. I am so tired of these management companies that tend to try and get over on people who are in need of renting a apartment.
This place definitely racially profiles people. I was told by this company that when you apply the property is removed from the website.... so I opened up the link and applied for a "available" unit... according to them... not even 2 minutes after completing the application and getting the confirmation.... i received a email stating that they received an application before me and that they will issue a "rental credit"... rental credit? They didn't even say; we will hold your application as a back up, if the other application... read more
I wanted to leave a review for Lupita and Lupe they were very helpful when I walk into the office. The process was so easy to view rental properties. Great customer service . Everything is easy accessible and they provided all the listing . Thank you
