Nancy Gibson was terribly unethical, dishonest, and difficult to work with. We had a verbally accepted offer on a house and an email saying such. We signed, returned the offer, signed the property disclosure and radon disclosure (which they signed but didn’t sign the offer letter, which to me is shady). She kept stating our main contract was missing verbiage that she didn’t see which had in it and finally after she found it, she stated that it would be returned signed the next morning.
