Nancy Gibson was terribly unethical, dishonest, and difficult to work with. We had a verbally accepted offer on a house and an email saying such. We signed, returned the offer, signed the property disclosure and radon disclosure (which they signed but didn’t sign the offer letter, which to me is shady).
