Their communication is terrible. They are quick to send to collection but slow to help customers. They are in the business of collecting money and not in the business of customer service. The feeling is that they make customers feel that they are doing them a favor rather than realizing the customer is what keeps them in business.
They could listen to the owners. If an HOA hires them they should be responsible to listen to owners. Instead all I got was bully tactics, threats of lawyers and court rooms, no proof in any written for from any CC&R and all of a sudden they were claiming part of my property inside of my condo as "easement". To make matters worse they told me I had to maintain it! So their easement, I'm responsible, NO PROOF! All I wanted was proof, all I got was BULLY tactics and hung up on by a guy named John Alverez. Terrible job at maintenance and upkeep. Also they don’t care about previous approvals they are trying to fine me for a previous approval from a previous company. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Carlyle Management has done a horrendous job of maintaining our property this winter. Worse than the last few years, which were bad. Our road is dangerous, and it is still not completely thawed out days after the last snow event.
By doing the job they are paid to do, and not ignoring their customers/clients. To say that their customer service SUCKS is the understatement of the century! 😡🤬🤢🤮
