WORST company to deal with ESPECIALLY SHAWN, he's very unprofessional and should choose a different occupation; extremely RUDE and will do things without consent. things never get fixed even if reported and very bad communication and when moving out will charge you A LOT for nothing .
We rented an apartment and these guys were the property managers and it was the absolute worst place I have EVER dealt with. Things broke in the apartment all the time and took forever to get them fixed. And as soon as we started the move out process they were not responsive at all.
