Matt did an awesome job on my double lip piercing. I love it!

They were so busy but it was still a great experience! Matt was awesome. They had a promo today so my piercing was only $30 instead of $40. He could tell I was nervous but he helped me through it. Overall, a great experience! I would definitely come back! My only complaint- I called yesterday to say that I was planning on coming in today, and I was told that I didn't need an appt. I went in today to get my conch (inner ear) pierced. The shop looks great after the move to the front of the building. Everything was really clean and professional. And as usual, Matt did a stellar job. The placement was perfect on the first try, and the piercing was done flawlessly. Will continue to get all of my piercings done here. 🖒
Dishonest and absurdly rude. The "employee" who did my septum piercing had first denied me the option to have it done with clamps to assure it would be straight, but then followed up by giving me the worst crooked septum piercing I've seen to this day. I have finally come to terms with the fact that he had royally "FUCKED UP". The "employee" had repeatedly told me to simple "mess with it and it will straighten out". I went in with my friend who wanted her clavs pierced. Matt was amazing and very knowledgeable about everything she asked. Well I decided I'd get my septum pierced too. He calmed me down and explained everything he was doing. Matt was excellent with everything. Very professional and courteous. I'm definitely telling everyone about him.
