Matt was incredibly helpful & kind to my friend and I! Answered all questions thoroughly. Place was clean & welcoming!
Got my septum pierced here a few weeks ago, as well as snakebites. Matt talked me through the entire process and made sure everything was how I wanted it. I was in and out of the shop in maybe 20-25 minutes, it was super quick. I plan on getting my belly button done in the near future and will definitely be coming back here for it!
Matt took care of my nose piercing on my lunch break today - quick, professional, clean, thorough. He was great and his assistant was very nice. I didn't know what to expect and I was a little nervous. He answered all my questions and was very patient. If you're looking for an overall great piercing experience and have any apprehension about it, Proper Pokes is your place to go!
Got a microdermal piercing yesterday and it looks awesome! I would recommend Matt to anyone whose interested in getting a piercing. He’s friendly and professional. And seems to have a working personality that a nervous/first time customer would find calming and reassuring. He explained everything he was doing. And most importantly to me is his attention to an aseptic technique! Being a nurse I know how important cleaning an area is to reduce risk of an infection. His technique was top notch! I will definitely be back!
