This company is doing it right. They were quick to respond to my inquiries, and contrary to other businesses, they did not hesitate to provide me with their Certificate of Insurance before scheduling a visit. They ran a little late for the appointment -- but I do not deduct any points because I did get a call from the technician explaining the situation and asking whether the delay was acceptable or if I wanted to reschedule. Richard from Proper garage door did a fantastic job above and beyond what I expected. We had extension cables and pulleys replaced for a very fair price.Richard explained the job and got to work on our old door. He even took time to reposion the cables to even the load. Our door has never worked this good !!!
