Great therapists helped me with pain, strengthening exercises (upper and lower body) and stretching I learned proper technique (which is key) to some exercises i already knew plus some new ones I have a good routine now to do at home as well
What a wonderful crew. Propel was recommended to me by my orthopedic surgeon after a back injury. O'Real took the time to evaluate how I moved, how I walked, then came up with a list of exercises to do. My therapist Justin walked me through each one, stopping to help me adjust so I could do it right. When I came in re-injured, O'Real used massage to make the pain go away (at least for a while). Following knee replacement surgery—and subsequent physical therapy that was derailed mid-stream by the Palisades Fire—I needed to find a suitable PT option close to our home in Topanga Canyon. After I broke 2 vertebrae in my neck, I needed intense and specific physical therapy. After months in a neck brace, just holding my head up was hard and painful.. The professionals there knew what I needed and I am standing tall today with a good maintenece program that I can do at home. If you need PT, this is the place.
