I work in downtown hartford and have been with pro park for years. I had a rental car due to my vehicle being in the shop for an issue. I notified Ingrid the pro park worker in the office that my vehicle was in the shop and gave the plate of the loaner I was given. She failed to do her job and notify the tow truck companies in there. Deceptive practices for parking at City Center Houston, TX. The signs posted for parking are NOT clear at all. It appeared that you only had to pay for parking if you parked in Reserved spots. It was NOT clear that if you parked in unmarked spots that you still had to pay for parking. I had a ticket on my car for $45.00. I tried to call and text the number with not luck. It was my worst experience ever. I stayed at Wyndham on 30th July 2026 and PRO PARK MOBILITY is the partner that does their valet. We drove down from Cincinnati to stay for a day at Wyndham before driving to New York. I drove my own car and I gave it for Valet. The next morning, when they got my car back the windshield had major cracks on it. And I knew that when I gave my car it didnt have any cracks on it. I would give 0 stars if I could. The parking situation for the 777 Main apartments has become absolutely atrocious the past few weeks. Why am I paying $120 a month on top of my rent just to take a gamble on whether or not I’ll get a spot after work every day? There are at LEAST three cars that have not moved and are QUITE LITERALLY collecting dust, taking up spots for residents.
