My truck was damaged by a propark driver in Washington pa last weekend, one of the managers keep giving me the run around and the claims manager won’t return my calls. I believe this is a very shady ran company and will never use them again. Hopefully my attorney will get it straightened out
"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Valet parking disaster! Driver damaged my car and they REFUSE to take responsibility. CEO and claims manager are clearly crooks, prioritizing profits over people. Deniability is their game. Don't be a victim like me. Won't be using their valet again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Terrible company. Valet staff damage my truck at the Rotary house in Houston Texas. The corporate offices stated that they had a pre-report stating that the damage was there before and was denying the claim. When I asked for proof of the report they said they'll only give it with a subpoena. Well that's just what you're going to get. If you're in big cities look this company up and stay clear of their parking lots and their fraudulent unprofessional business activities. My friends parked in the lot near the bond hotel last sunday .They put in the code for the hotel but still got towed . Qr codes are not that user friendly -people are not used to paying for lots and find it confusing -do they get a receipt ? Does it say ? Having unmanned lots is hard to navigate . $200 per car so now they do not want to come to hartford . We need you to be a good neighbor so people want to come to downtown .
