I literally live in the complex next door and pay $100 a month and they can’t even pick up the phone when the garage isn’t opening up
I would give negative stars if i could. I paid to park in one of their lots on Saturday. My car was towed even though I paid. They refuse to refund the $210 tow yard fee. They contract out the tow yard to tow cars but don’t care when they make a mistake. Tow yard doesn’t care either said to take it up with them. They do not care. DO NOT PARK WITH THEM.
I had a paid parking reservation at lot Q on Asylum Avenue on February 26, 2025 for a Uconn Huskies basketball game at the XL Center in Hartford. When I arrived at the lot, there were no parking spots available. So why did they give me a confirmation of a parking spot! I had to miss the basketball game since other parking lots in the area were also full. I will never make a reservation again or recommend this facility!!!
Wow, what a terrible experience trying to make a reservation. Never could make the reservation. Advised the USS Constitution Museum that that they should not recommend the Nautica Parking Garage that is affiliated with this reservations company.
Car got towed even though ticket was not expired. Got to tow place before ticket was expired
