It was my worst experience ever. I stayed at Wyndham on 30th July 2026 and PRO PARK MOBILITY is the partner that does their valet. We drove down from Cincinnati to stay for a day at Wyndham before driving to New York. I drove my own car and I gave it for Valet. The next morning, when they got my car back the windshield had major cracks on it. And I knew that when I gave my car it didnt have any cracks on it. I would give 0 stars if I could. The parking situation for the 777 Main apartments has become absolutely atrocious the past few weeks. Why am I paying $120 a month on top of my rent just to take a gamble on whether or not I’ll get a spot after work every day? There are at LEAST three cars that have not moved and are QUITE LITERALLY collecting dust, taking up spots for residents. Got stuck in the garage on 777 Rockwell in Cleveland after paying online. After about almost an hour of getting no help from the "support" over the phone, I gave someone $20 in cash to scan my ticket for me so I could finally get out. Over one month later as of today (4/15), still no refund and still no gift card like the account manager, Brian Springer has promised. These people are liars and thieves. NEVER park in one of these garages unless you want an absolute headache and to spend $20 more than you have to.
My truck was damaged by a propark driver in Washington pa last weekend, one of the managers keep giving me the run around and the claims manager won’t return my calls. I believe this is a very shady ran company and will never use them again. Hopefully my attorney will get it straightened out
