I can’t say enough about Prop Masters service !!! Stew is a true craftsman in what he does!! i’ve had a few props fixed over the years, and it seems always had a vibration or performance issue, when i mentioned this when I dropped my prop off, Stacey quickly put me in my place , don’t be intimidated but she knows more about propellers than any boat dealer does lol!!! As a new boater, I knew absolutely nothing about props, but Stew took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood how they work. He also assured me that if the prop wasn’t the right fit or I wasn’t happy with it, I could bring it back and he’d work with me until we found the right one. Thanks Stew for your help. I popped by looking for a replacement prop. He went above and beyond just a sale as he took time to teach me a couple things as well. I even walked out with a spare prop as he was able to salvage my damaged one. This guy knows his stuff(awards to prove it) and believes in really helping a customer. I always hope I don't need to use his services, but if I need more replacements or repairs, I'll know where to turn.
Stacey was fantastic to deal with—great communication and had my prop ready right on time. While I was there, she even helped me solve a completely different issue with my boat by quickly finding a replacement part I’d been searching for for weeks. Stew’s work on the prop was outstanding—it looks like new (or better). He even gave me a tour of his shop, and it’s clear he’s a true expert at his craft. Highly recommend Prop Masters for top-quality work and exceptional service!
