Recommendednice people and great doctors, short wait times
I’m currently looking at a screen reading ‘all doctors are currently on schedule’ while still waiting for my appointment that should have started 30 minutes ago.

Receptionist named Kelly was exceptionally rude when I called to schedule an initial consultation appointment and she couldn’t figure out my insurance referral. This is my first impression of this practice. I’m not going to tolerate ANYONE speaking to me in such a rude and unprofessional manner. Guess I’ll be getting a referral to a different practice where hopefully the staff are more professional, friendly and intelligent.
They told a patient on the day of her surgery that she would need her first PT appointment within the next 5 days. Didn’t tell her ahead of time or recommend a PT. Once a PT was found and held an appointment for the patient, pro ortho called them and canceled her appointment because the doctor “didn’t think she needed in home care”, for an operated shoulder, while on pain medication. I've been trying to get in to see Dr Koo with no luck. The online form got me nowhere after two requests for an appointment. And messaging Dr Koo directly from the FaceBook site yielded one reply but no follow up after three weeks of trying. He/they may be great, but their communication, and follow up is horrible.
