We paid $250 for a bee issue at our front door this past August. After the first visit, the bees returned to the same spot. They returned for an additional treatment, but that didn't work. Now that the weather has again warmed, I called to let them know the bees are still there. They were unwilling to return and finish the job we initially paid for stating that it is outside of their 30-day warranty window.
Proof's sales people are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. They went door-to-door on a private street and lied about having permission to solicit in the neighborhood. When I didn't answer the door right away, they trespassed around my property because "they knew I was home", including going into my garage and looking in through the windows. They became very angry when I asked them to leave and told them I wasn't interested in their services.
I have used Proof a two houses that I have owned and they have been fantastic! Once was for bees that made their way into the house, the second time was for ants and spiders at the new place. In both dealings with them they went way above and beyond to deal with my concerns and issues. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pest control. Keep up the great work!
