The owner is a crook and a thieve! My car was stolen and taken from my parking space without their consent. I woke up this morning only to see that my car was missing. I called the apartments to ask which towing company had my car. After I called Pronto Wrecker, I spoke with the owner who is completely rude! I told him that I have a parking permit located where it is visible. The owner told me that there was no parking permit and that they took pictures to prove it.
