Eddy was awsome, explain everything
I ordered a 3.5 ton unit, 15.2 seers, 2 stage heat pump. On the day of delivery the national warehouse send me the wrong unit. 13.8 seers, 1stage heat pump. I'm not sure how these people operate out of the warehouse. They don't seem to know their inventory. I was told that they don't carry the 15.2 seers, 2 stage unit here in Florida.
