Pronto is much more expensive than other plumbers. They got the job done but are much more expensive then other plumbing companies. I am in my 80's and they price gauged me.

PRICE GOUGING ON REPAIR QUOTES. Beware, they over inflate the quotes. My well pump was not working so they gave me a quote to replace everything on the outside and the inside of my home. The quote was over $6000 so I decided to call another company to get another quote. The other company (Etnoyer 717-566-8856) came out to my home the very same day and completed the work and handed me an invoice for $500. Watch out for these unscrupulous bandits. RUN FOREST RUN!

I have a major issue with Pronto Services: The guy that stopped by to do the estimate did not give me any options, as things can be done in different ways. I had another plumber who explained that I don't need to replace the whole shower faucet but only the inside valves, which reduced the cost from $780 to $220. He also allowed me to choose my own toilet and did the installation for $150, which reduced the overall cost from $525 to $250. I was able to save $835 on just these two items.
