Scam artist. Please don’t use them, especially if you’re elderly. My mom used these guys for a simple garbage disposal install. Several hours and several thousands of dollars later they wanted even more money for totally unnecessary work. Quoted $100 over the phone and by the time I had to get involved, they were well over $1000. Completely dishonest and took advantage of an elderly lady. Shameful.
Pronto took over 14 hours to do a tub replacement. They took a lunch break AND a dinner break! In and out of the house so many times! And all for what? A tub that sounds like you're going to break it in the back or fall through it in the front? The tub lip has pink stuff leaking from the seam. Excess silicone on wall seams. Shelves not installed completely/correctly.
I have been using this plumbing company all of 2024 at my apartment building. The turnaround time for service is excellent. They clean up after themselves. Respectful of the residents home. I recommend this plumbing company.
I have used Pronto Plumbing since 2018 to renovate our two bathrooms and kitchen. The office staff and technicians have always been polite and helpful when we have needed help! We recently had to use them due to a leak in our house and we didn't hesitate to call them back! We currently have renters in our property but I am thankful that ALL communication was between the technicians, office staff and I.
