This is the best staff you will ever find! They are super caring and attentive to anything you need! Super fast service and a drive thru to boot! I tell all my friends and family to give Pronto a go!
Have done business here for years and they have always taken excellent care of me and my family! I’m not sure what has happened but in the past 2-3 months, a different person has answered their phone and unlike my experience with them in the past when the the person on the phone has always been knowledgeable and professional- the person they have now really is lacking in those areas.
The service at this pharmacy is exceptional. Wait time is minimal, when i pull up to the drive thru if i am not first at the window one of the staff comes out to my car. The store isnt open as late as some competitors, but their personal service more than makes up for that..
If you have a special needs child and need supplies from a DME don’t use pronto. It shouldn’t take months and 20 phone calls from myself and doctors to receive prescriptions. I’ve given them chance after chance but at this point the stress of dealing with them is more than I can handle.
Best decision I ever made, switching to this pharmacy! Very friendly and fast! :)

Jerry and all the staff are the most awesome caring team I have ever met, I have known Jerry for over 30 year's and he love's and care's for everyone of his customer's like they are family and goes above and beyond to do everything he can for for every one of his customer's so please come in and see how much they rock much love to you all!!!!! <3
