Every single time I pick something up here, the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled well and with integrity. I have personally seen staff go out in the cold, rainy weather (to the drive thru line) to get customers names to ensure quick, efficient service. They truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Webb City Pronto for all of your pharmacy needs.
Wonderful staff, you can tell they really care. The girl in specialty really works hard to get rates as low as she can. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
We went to pronto pharmacy a week and a half ago to fill a blood pressure prescription (losartan potassium) and a diet appetite control prescription (phentermine). Dr. told her not to take the phentermine until her blood pressure was under control and to take a blood pressure pill if it was over 150/60. Every night since then she’s been taking a pill every night, and some nights her blood pressure was well over 200/100. they give wrong medicine out. then when they have their medicine out they put other people's paperwork with your medicine.. they went to cheaper medicine and then give you a different kind of pill all about the dollar. there are several people upset with them. someone needs to go in there and straighten her messed up up like the boss that own it.

The Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly. The technicians are friendly and nice.
I have been going to Pronto pharmacy since I was 18 years old. I can't say enough about the staff and service. If I ever have any questions (which I do a lot) they are patient with me and answer anything I ask about. I've even actually had them catch on to what could have been a fatal mistake by a physician before on a prescription and made sure not to give me the medication and even called the doctors office to inform them and see about a replacement.
