Pricing is fair to possibly low considering how above and beyond Octavio and his team went for us. We had a same day labor request for a previously scheduled and failed couch delivery attempt up to our second floor apartment. It was a 9’ Maxwell Luxe (‘luxe’ meaning super wide/deep and heavy) from RH and our first movers who delivered it said they were not up for the task. Highly recommend! Couldn't fit a custom sofa into my new place- Octavio and Alex came to the rescue. They arrived same-day and managed to slide the sofa across a narrow balcony railing and in through the window. Would've been doomed without them.
I needed a 300 pound treadmill disassembled in my garage and moved and reassembled in my home. I called Pronto Moving and Storage and got an immediate response back from Octavio. They were extremely clean and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest, reliable, and professional movers. Very reasonably priced as well.
