Signed on with Pronto as an appraiser. However the boarding process takes a month, no one actually has time to train anyone. The stress level was off the charts, headaches every day from stress. The claims department is impossible. Voicemail to voicemail. Didn't receive much help and the tone is unbelievable given that I'm a paying customer.
