I would never use this company. The work was during the time of covid. I had to provide shoe covers. When the worker left for lunch he did not replace the shoe covers even though I had a supply of them at the front door. He left dust all over my furniture and floors in the next room (he replaced shower tiles). It took me over two hours to remove dust from furniture. I had to shampoo my carpet because he tracked dust all over the carpet I was not told that I had to pay to have debris removed. It was the worst experience tha... read more

I used Pronto Home Repair to repair my deck, wood fence and hardware replacement inside my home. I was able to quickly set an appointment for both the estimate and repair. Pronto kept me informed through text messages at each step of the process and did excellent work, especially my deck flooring. The handyman also followed Covid guidelines while working inside my house. I would recommend them if you are needing repairs in your home and you need the job to be done well.
Junior came to my house today with a variety of repairs to be done. He accomplished all of them in a professional and efficient manner. Totally happy with the entire experience from Logan’s first contact and visit to give me an estimate until the completion and final invoice. I was kept totally informed of dates, times and what to expect. No attempt to upsell and no surprises. Everyone was super conscious of social distancing and I highly recommend their services. I will be calling them when I need help again.
Pronto came out quickly to set up an appraisal of the work to be done, the estimator was informative and provided a proposal immediately on site for my decision. The work was scheduled promptly and completed with great satisfaction. I was very pleased and would recommend Pronto for those home repairs that really make a difference when they’re done.
