I would never use this company. The work was during the time of covid. I had to provide shoe covers. When the worker left for lunch he did not replace the shoe covers even though I had a supply of them at the front door. He left dust all over my furniture and floors in the next room (he replaced shower tiles). It took me over two hours to remove dust from furniture. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. A very simple replace of an entry/exit door Kitchen to Deck Totally botched. Changed the swing on the door which was never discussed during the estimate. My agreement was to replace the door exactly like the old door. Also part of the agreement was a walk around before starting the work. I will never, ever use Pronto again. They failed to diagnose a leak in my house for months and didn't seem to care. Here's my story. They first came out in November 2016 because I had a leak in my house that needed to be found and fixed. Their repair person said he fixed it. In January 2017, I noticed a leak in the same place in my house. Pronto sent out someone. This guy said he really fixed it. In March 2017, I noticed a leak in the same place in my house.
