My score has not been decent EQ 581, TU 569 EX 601. I had a card list that was from a family member and I was the AU—it had a $5700,00 limit and was a 6 years old card. Hi all, I sold my house (FHA loan, purchased in 2016) to purchase a new one early this year. While my credit score was not decent (600-610 across the board, mortgage scores also 600 across the board), I have a crappy missed payment history on my previous mortgage (not gonna get into the details lol).
