I went there with no idea of how to deal with the accident I was involved in. Both Tiffany & Javi were very attentive & answered all my questions. Y'all are the very best! If there was an option of 10 stars I'd totally pick that in a heartbeat, but 5 is what's here & you definitely deserve 1 Million stars! I'm very grateful for Pronto Auto Shop team! This is, without a doubt, the best body shop in El Paso! I have personally had my own vehicle repaired at Pronto Body Shop, and as an attorney who represents car accident victims, it's the only body shop I refer my clients to. You won't find better quality work anywhere in El Paso. Even more importantly, you won't find a more honest owner than Tiffany Menefee. If you need body work to your vehicle, this should be your only option!

Customer service here is second to none! The owner Tiffany took such good care of us! She dealt with the insurance company for us, arranged our rental car and kept us up to date with everything that was happening. We picked the car up today and it looks brand new!
