I have been sending my clients to Pronto Body shop since 2014 and every time Tiffany and her team has gone above and beyond with every one of them a happy customer. I also had an accident in 2017 and the type of care I got was like I had a family member helping me out, could not believe the level of customer service I received. Hands down best Auto Body Repair shop ever!!
I recently was in a car wreck and I immediately picked up the phone and reached out to Tiffany since she is an expert. Leave it to the professionals, Pronto Body Shop is the best! She took care of my rental, fixing my car, and everything in between i literally didn’t have to worry or stress about a thing! I had excellent customer service! And I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help!

Tiffanee was amazing! Walked right in got help right away and on the spot! She didn’t even charge me for some smaller damage. She was so sweet and professional! The place is adorable and you feel comfortable walking right through the doors! Highly recommend and thank you!

Pronto Body Shop took a very unpleasant situation my wrecked vehicle and put me back on the road quickly with high quality work and timely service. I know first hand not all shops are equal in timely quality service. Not only are they of high caliber repair but also their admin staff helped me understand my insurance plan ( not always easy ) so that I could better navigate optimal timeliness with my my auto carriers compensation and obligation . Tiffany took care of talking with the insurance company, talking to Enterprise about a rental, gave me a ride to Enterprise and I took my car in on Monday and had it back in excellent repair on Thursday!!!
