Omar is great to work with. Always on time and gets the job done. Fair pricing and fantastic work.
They installed our air conditioning, but the heater didn't work. So we called them to please come fix it. They didn't come when they said they would. My parents tried asking 3 times on 3 different days and each time they said they'd come the next day but they never did. My family got charged for a service that Pronto Air couldn't even finish and refuse to finish.
