As a business professional I have to say that in my adult life I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism and disrespect by a Doctor's office. 1) Disregard for appointment times - always running late and rushing through appointments - Be prepared to be there for 2-3 hours per appointment. 2) Lack of accountability with billing and health insurance claims The first question I asked when I called for an initial appointment was if they accepted my health insurance. Just had my first appointment today and it was so thorough. I have been battling very strange issues for over 2 years. I've been to clinic all across America including mayo clinic and this was more thorough than all of them. I am now excited and hopeful that with their help I can get my life back.
