I saw a traditional doctor who couldn’t explain why I felt so much pain as a 20 year old. I went to ProNeuro and Dr. Ruben sat and listened to alllll of my problems, ran blood work, and figured out that the source! Since then I am a different person, mentally and physically! You should note that sometimes he doesn’t follow up or arrives late to appointments. That doesn’t matter much to me because of the valuable information I am getting.
Dr. Ruben is amazing and so smart. He has helped with my diet and actually understanding my blood test results. I highly recommend him to anyone.
As a business professional I have to say that in my adult life I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism and disrespect by a Doctor's office. 1) Disregard for appointment times - always running late and rushing through appointments - Be prepared to be there for 2-3 hours per appointment. 2) Lack of accountability with billing and health insurance claims The first question I asked when I called for an initial appointment was if they accepted my health insurance.
