Dr. Pronesti is a brilliant, kind and compassionate doctor. Many audiologists look to make a huge profit off of selling hearing aids. Dr. Pronesti is not a salesman. I happened to find him on Google by chance. He got me the same hearing aids that an ENT in Norwalk tried to sell me for thousands of dollars more at half the price through my insurance company. Thank you for taking care of me!

Dr. Pronesti is not only an expert audiologist but also an amazing caring person. You never feel rushed, he takes as much time as is needed to make all the correct adjustments. He is available by phone and email and addresses all your concerns. He even took the time to send me a technical articles when I had some questions about directional hearing aids. Unfortunately there are only 5 stars to recommend Dr. Pronesti, he deserves many more! I'm so fortunate to know him and look forward to future appointments! Judy Falbel
