Got my nails done Saturday 10/21 And the thumb nail is coming off 10/24. The gentleman with the hat that works in first chair did them & he was aggressive. Kept grabbing my arm & was being rude. I told him "please do not grab me" This use to be a great salon for nail care. Now it's turned into a very low class salon. Poor environment cleanliness. And they fail to keep customers happy. A few things. 1. The worker Michol is extremely rude. He got in my 7 year old niece face asking where her mom is which resulted in me cutting up on him. Not once did anyone in the shop offer an apology. 2. I paid $100 for me and my niece. She got shellac on her hands and feet and I got it on my feet. The same day within hours 2 full nails of paint came off of her hands. My toe nail paint came off. Today she has lost 3 more fingers of paint. If I could give them a 0 I would.
