I had in home care while recovering from a hip replacement. Jacinto was a great help. Professional and friendly. She helped me navigate through the first days after a hip replacement. She helped me navigate the house, bathing and exercises. She helped with doing things around the house and made lunches for me. Overall a great experience.
Update: During our loved one's transition from a retirement home to a long term care home, Promyse came through again. Our family appreciated the personal care provided by Lwam and Mercy during this stressful time. Lwam was especially helpful in communicating to LTC staff on behalf of our loved one as well as liaising with family members on a daily basis.
