We used Promyse Home Care for my mom's in-home medical alert system for several years. The service was excellent and the Promyse team were so wonderful to deal with. Michael was incredibly kind and patient. He is very responsive and truly cares about his clients. What a nice experience to work with a service provider that truly cares. 5 stars.
I had in home care while recovering from a hip replacement. Jacinto was a great help. Professional and friendly. She helped me navigate through the first days after a hip replacement. She helped me navigate the house, bathing and exercises. She helped with doing things around the house and made lunches for me. Overall a great experience.
