Never ever use their services. We rented a condo unit in 3 Concord Cityplace in Toronto DownTown. Initially there was a lady from Prompton who was representing the Landlord, and after that there is one guy named ‘Abir Saha’. He lacks basic etiquette how to treat Tenant, especially when the Tenant has gone through a lot, two Incidents of water flooding and second one severe-Life Threatening.
