They write fake reviews for the condos they manage. How are The Lakeshore and The Lakefront 5 star condos? They literally both have elevator issues and NO A/C FOR THE ENTIRE SUMMER.
Promotion is managing condo complex 251 Jarvis st, I recommend anyone who’s looking to purchase or rent at this complex to AVOID this particular building due to poor maintenance and rude concierge/security representatives. For example building elevators are always broken, parking garage doors malfunction, parking door key fob sensors doesn’t work, garbage shoots always blowing dirty air in your face when throwing out trash. All in all this condo is NOT a good place to rent for your peace of mind.
Avoid this brokerage if you are a tenant at all cost! I stayed in one of the units managed by them. Took great care of the unit. Paid all rent on time. Took in unrealistic rent hikes. During the time of the move out they refused to give my key deposit back despite the unit being in great shape. Avoid giving them any deposit they will never give it back. Bare minimum at the last possible minute, every time. Baited into a lease with affordable-ish rent and served an N-12 a couple years later. Avoid as a tenant.
I had to leave a review about the service I get from their front desk girl. Marecar is very helpful and she is always on top of anything I ask of Prompton. Before her it was hard to get in contact with my property manager now she makes sure that my inquiry gets handled and right away. It is always a pleasure when visiting the office to pay rent as she always greets with a genuine smile. Thankss a million for being such a doll!
