I had a very negative experience dealing with Stephy Liu. She represented my landlord and dealing with her was a very unpleasant experience. She did not clearly read emails, or provide adequate responses so I had to encounter the same issue more than once. I found her lacking in customer service, and attention to detail. Avoid Matthew. Totally unprofessional service on the key transfer day. Never showed up and asked us to get the key on our own with no instructions nor informing any other people (such as the condo concierge). also did not register us as tenants for the building.
They write fake reviews for the condos they manage. How are The Lakeshore and The Lakefront 5 star condos? They literally both have elevator issues and NO A/C FOR THE ENTIRE SUMMER.
Promotion is managing condo complex 251 Jarvis st, I recommend anyone who’s looking to purchase or rent at this complex to AVOID this particular building due to poor maintenance and rude concierge/security representatives. For example building elevators are always broken, parking garage doors malfunction, parking door key fob sensors doesn’t work, garbage shoots always blowing dirty air in your face when throwing out trash. All in all this condo is NOT a good place to rent for your peace of mind.
