Always fast, the also tell you if you have other issues with your car, like the time I had no transmission fluid left. You wait right near you car, pay and leave, super easy.
Manager is awesome.. personable and friendly. Good with annoying kids. Service is fast and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been bringing both my car and my wife's car to this location for a few years now and have never had an issue. They have always been friendly and thorough. I mean, it's a quick-oil-change place. I don't think they're expected to hold your hand and give you donuts. Awesome work, guys! Thank you.
Very rude manager, long story short, they ruined my oil filter canister in August, when I went back today they said they couldn't get the canister off, so I would have to go to dealer and get it fixed. After doing some research, I found that other people have had the same problem because the filter cover was over tightened by technicians that didn't know the proper torque to replace the cover. horrible company. car leaked oil after. corporate rude/unprofessional. Go elsewhere if you care at all about your car.
So you pull in and the ask you if you want the standard oil change!! You say yes... it clearly states on thier wall 21.95. You get the bill and it is now 27.95 plus tax. They argue with you as if it is your fault! I raised my voice and refused topay that price..pointing to the price on the wall. Another scamming mechanic business. Do not go here!!
