Excellent experience getting my oil changed! I was in and out in under 10 minutes, and all the staff were exceptionally polite, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
These guys are great. I literally was in and out in 10 minutes
Out 300$ after they placed my oil cap on wrong. Car completely dumped oil while on the highway, a week after getting an oil change here. I’ve used them 2 other times and didn’t have an issue but it’s too bring of a thing to risk. If I wasn’t smart and pulled over quick, could’ve blown the whole engine.
I've been to two Promptos in the state of Maine, and I am so impressed with the friendly staff and quick service at BOTH places. I don't know where they find their employees, but they have great people. Very friendly, happy, professional, and as clean as you can expect at a garage. 😁 Also the price is impossible to beat, they checked our tire pressure while we were there too. You guys are awesome and our go-to oil changers. Thanks!
