I've been to two Promptos in the state of Maine, and I am so impressed with the friendly staff and quick service at BOTH places. I don't know where they find their employees, but they have great people. Very friendly, happy, professional, and as clean as you can expect at a garage. 😁 Also the price is impossible to beat, they checked our tire pressure while we were there too. You guys are awesome and our go-to oil changers. Thanks!

Got an oil change here right before I left for a road trip. Few hours later my car starts overheating and I find out they didn’t put my coolant cap back on properly and my coolant had been spilling out the whole time.
