If I could give more stars I would! When my furnace went down and my heat stopped working I was referred to Prompt by a close friend. Ty came through and quickly diagnosed/fixed my issue in the same day. Going from seeing 42 degrees on my thermostat to a toasty house has me singing the highest of praises for Prompt
