They ARE prompt and they do care. They are SO much better than JENA. Apparently they are training some Florida Technical College students. The PA worked with me and finally understood what my dilemma was. They helped me. What a relief.
Their hours of operation are just an idea, not set in stone. I have gone there twice, the first time forty-five minutes before closing and the second time thirty minutes before closing (they are only open till 8pm) and both times the door was locked. My daughter was in tears and I stood and knocked outside the door for ten minutes before one of the hiding staff members (yes, they were literally HIDING) opened the door only because of the complaints of the people already inside.
